Brake Reservoir Cap - Wilwood

I felt strongly enough to write a review of the AGM products Brake Pressure Bleeder and Brake Reservoir Cap - Universal Adapter. I am very familiar with the traditional method of bleeding brakes through pumping of the brake pedal and opening the bleeder screw. This was always a 2-person job but no more. I used this kit of items on my 2009 C6 Corvette and it worked flawlessly. I did not fill the canister with brake fluid, rather I wanted to fill the brake fluid manually after performing two brakes lines at a time. The universal cap adapter securely fit on the brake fluid holding tank securely allowing the positive air pressure from escaping. Follow the directions and use no more than 12-15 psi in the tank and ensure no leaking through the rubber cap on the tank. Additionally, when using the cap adapter, ensure you route the chain around any brake lines or wires, this is an extremely important step. I hope this gives any car enthusiast the confidence to perform the brake bleeding method by themself in a safe and easy way. This is a wonderful product. It worked well the only problem was that the release valve would not let the pressure come up to the green operating pressure and it caused it to be a little slow
